Plenty of cloud with rain and drizzle at times, best sunshine in Scotland

Good morning,

A mainly cloudy day to come across England and Wales as well as Ireland. A weak front bringing some outbreaks of rain across the north of Ireland and northern England. Wales and southwest England will also see some drizzle on the hills. A brighter morning in Scotland with some sunny spells, the best in the east.

This afternoon stays cloudy. Spots of drizzle on hills but more persistent rain in southern Scotland and the far north of England. Generally drier for the rest of England and Wales. Best sunshine in central and northern Scotland.

Drizzly again tonight. Most rain and drizzle in the west. Northern Scotland should be drier and clearer. Murky for many.
